Rev. Angela Williams is appointed to St. Paul UMC Dallas as an Executive Pastor and at First UMC Dallas as an Associate Minister where she preaches and teaches God’s word.  Her call to racial justice has inspired her to lead Justice Builders, a group combined of members from both St. Paul and First Church who educate and work together in ministry to positively affect racial justice. Beyond the local church, Rev. Williams serves on the North Texas Conference Leadership and Development Committee.  Her passion for youth has also led her to organize and  implement the first Youth Together We Dine in the North Texas Conference.

Rev. Williams has dedicated a 25-year career encouraging young people as a teacher, counselor, principal, and school administrator.  Using gifts God gave her as an educator, Rev. Williams received her first appointment as a Licensed Local Pastor and served as a Pastor of Children, Youth and Families.  As an Ordained as an Elder, she now encourages people of all ages to live up to their potential in Christ by serving.

Rev. Williams received her Master of Divinity Degree with honors from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.  Her additional education includes a Master of Education in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Paul Quinn College.  Rev. Williams’ service organization is Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., where she is a Diamond Life Member.

Rev. Angela Williams is married to Mr. Alvin R. Williams.  They are the proud parents of two lovely young ladies, Ambreal Ricole Williams and Allika Roquel Williams of Los Angeles, California.  These four are the proud humans of Coco Chanel, their cocoa brown miniature poodle.
